Police station officer call me to police station and threat me to shoot out what I do?

On Aug 5 2011 Modinagar Distt Ghaziabad Utter Predesh India SHO Sudhir Tyagi send me a notice to be present at Police Station on Aug 06 2011 at Thana Divas ( Police Public Day) for the solution in view of a complain putup by me to Sub-Divisional Magistrate Modinagar regarding encroachment of governmental land by some dobung type unsocial Elements, 

At the time of my appearance at Police Station Modinagar Police Station Officer start to badly abusing to me being out of control and threat to shoot out me if I have any objection in view of Governmental land encroachment by these unsocial elements.
Now Modinagar Police Station Officer is regularly threatening me to shoot out 
After complaining to SSP Ghaziabad in written for two time there are no action is taken against the SHO Sudhir Tyagi.
