Palash Biswas

For Indian citizens it is Beefban all the way!Dehsdroh!Hindudroha!

But the foreigners have to be promoted to eat beef.Hitherto,India Hindu business companies led the beef business.

Now,this Indian business is also handed over to foreign companies to make in.

Cow is sacred.

More sacred is the geographical integrity and the security of India,Indian defence.

Those who opened the doors of Indian national security for free flow of capital, now the settle for license to foreigners so that foreigners should celebrate eating cow and it is religion, faith and ethics for the governance of fascism!

It is all about the sacred most Hindutva agenda and the politics of religion to invoke all gods and goddesses for ethnic kills and the genocide culture has to be empowered with economic reforms.

It is all about the great saga of growth on the name of lord Ram.It is the governance of fascism aha,the Ramrajya!

Anyone is not to be spared if he or she is doubted to have beef not to mention eating beef.

Those scheduled caste people who live on animal skins, they also have been branded rashtradrohi and hindudrohi as well.

We never know the chemistry of all those consumer products branded as SHUDH Desi as Ayurvedic Indian incs bloom to kill older brands and it is all on the name of Rama.

It is not communal violence as my eye witness account focused on the reality of monopolistic aggression against indigenous business and industries in context of Meerut riots, the infamous Maliyana and Hashimpura genocides.Just see my UMKA Mission videos!

It is neither politics but it is business friendly politics all the way and business means only the business which engages foreign capital, foreign rule and foreign interest.

Judge yourself the eye opening evidence for your kind perusal!

When we see this matter  in an Indian perspective we would be surprised to know that out of six largest meat exporters of India four are Hindus. In spite of these  facts Muslims are  harassed and targeted and as beef eaters. In several cases they are beaten severely by Hindutva brigades and put behind bars by the  police. Many times communal riots took place only due to this blame game. These communal elements become more active during Eid ul Azha festival only to communalize the atmosphere.

But the same Hindutva brigades forget the Hindu animal sacrifice festivals which get media attention  world over  in which thousands of animals are killed ruthlessly.

There's a ritual of sacrificing cow which is still performed in many temples of Himachal Pradesh, Surprisingly  the high court had to intervene to stop those animal killings in the premises of Mandir specially at the Pashupatinath Temple

Recently in Nepal around a  quarter million animals were killed during Gadhimai  Hindu rituals festival .

Ironically many Hindu Businessmen  are the largest beef suppliers of India.Following are the four   largest  beef exporters who are Hindus.

The opposition to eating beef was not about anyone in particular, but reflected the feelings of the Haryanvi society, says Khattar.

Thus, the Hindu reports:The Haryana government is willing to create a special dispensation to enable foreigners to eat beef in the State, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said.

The State government had introduced a stringent law banning the sale and eating of beef as well as trafficking and slaughtering of cows, with rigorous imprisonment of three to 10 years for violations. President Pranab Mukherjee approved the law in November 2015.

Mr. Khattar said the opposition to eating beef was not about anyone in particular, but reflected the feelings of the Haryanvi society which did not want to eat it. Foreign expats working in the State could get a special licence for beef.

"If we have to work out some facility for them [foreigners] to be able to [consume beef]… we will do it. It could be a special licence… [as] whatever is licensed, no one can oppose [under] the law," Mr. Khattar said. "Everyone has a personal lifestyle for eating and drinking, especially those who come from abroad … we don't have any opposition to that. In fact, we are not opposing this for anyone," Mr. Khattar said.

Similar permits and licences are granted for foreign nationals by the government in Gujarat where alcohol is banned, for instance.

While Haryana has many big-ticket foreign investments in the automobile and services sectors, it is aiming to secure new investment commitments worth Rs.1 lakh crore over the tenure of his government.

Most of the investors are expected from Japan and China, according to Mr. Khattar, who just returned from Japan where he met top investors such as Suzuki. Beef is a key part of the diet in these countries.

"There is no issue over that between the Japanese and us… nothing like that… That won't be a problem. They [investors] haven't raised it either," he said.

Indian Express reports:

Beef license for foreigners? Haryana govt may soon issue special permits

The Haryana government is reportedly working on a proposal to issue beef licenses to foreigners who live in that state.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Khattar has said he is open to offering foreigners living in his state relaxation from the strict beef ban imposed by his government, according to reports.

"If we have to work out some facility for them [foreigners] to be able to [consume beef]… we will do it. It could be a special licence… [as] whatever is licensed, no one can oppose [under] the law," Khattar said, according to a report in The Hindu.

Asserting that the ban in the state was just imposed to keep in line with Haryanvi customs, Khattar said, "Everyone has a personal lifestyle for eating and drinking, especially those who come from abroad… we don't have any opposition to that. In fact, we are not opposing this for anyone."

The statement comes months after the Haryana chief minister had sparked a controversy in October 2015 with his remarks about the beef ban when he was quoted saying that Muslims will have to give up eating beef if they wanted to live in India.

The Khattar government had passed the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan legislation in March last year but got President Pranab Mukherjee's approval only in November.

According to the Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Bill, cow slaughter in Haryana will invite rigorous imprisonment ranging from three to 10 years and a fine of up to Rs 1 lakh.

Any person who attempts to export cows for slaughter would be imprisoned for not less than three years and up to seven years. Fine between Rs 30,000 and Rs 70,000 would be imposed.

India on top in exporting beef

According to the data, India exported 2.4 million tonnes of beef and veal in FY2015, compared to 2 million tonnes by Brazil and 1.5 million by Australia. These three countries account for 58.7 per cent of all the beef exports in the world. India itself accounts for 23.5 per cent of global beef exports. This is up from a 20.8 per cent share last year.

Data from the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) shows that most of India's buffalo meat exports go to Asian countries — Asia receives more than 80 per cent, while Africa takes around 15 per cent. Within Asia, Vietnam is the largest recipient, at 45 per cent.

India's buffalo meat exports have been growing at an average of nearly 14 per cent each year since 2011, and fetching India as much as $4.8 billion in 2014. Last year, India for the first time earned more from the export of buffalo meat than it did from Basmati rice.

Several databases, including the United Nations Food and Agricultural Outlook, show that meat consumption in India is increasing. However, the data also shows that beef consumption has been falling over the years, down -44.5 per cent in 2014 from the level it was in 2000. This fall in consumption has been taking place regardless of the political party in power. Chicken consumption, however, was up 31 per cent in that period.
