Fwd: JAILING NEPAL'S FORMER KING GYANENDRA FROM DR. BHATTARAI'S FACEBOOK WALL !

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WESTERN AND NEPALI DEMOCRACY.

_____________________________________

Nepal: One of  Nepal's  former prime ministers, Babu Ram Bhattarai has posted an ugly Facebook status some 16 hours ago:
" मेरो त्यतिसम्म आँट थियो । नागार्जुनबाट ल्याएर जेल राखिदिन्छु भन्ने निर्णय पनि गर्न लागेको थिएँ । फेरि अरूलाई पनि मिलाएर जानुपर्यो, कांग्रेस, एमाले बल्ल-बल्ल गणतन्त्रमा आएकाले
बढी गर्यो भन्लान् भनेर रोकिएको हो । "

possibly on his Twitter account also that he had once thought of jailing former King Gyanendra.

Apparently, the post was made  to warn  the former king against his advance ( not adventure)  towards west Nepal. The former king  was there to  help out  the  west Nepal flood victims  yesterday. Can't all the party leaders and their cadres get out and help the flood victims ? Should  'election rules  in effect' bar them ?  This is only July now and elections are being  held 5 months later in November. (  and actually this is a kind of humanitarian crisis.)

USA: Last  October  Super Storm Sandy  wreaked havoc across northeast USA and left 11 dead.  President Obama [D] and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie [R]  suspended election campaigns, worked shoulder to shoulder together to help the victims. There were only few weeks left for the November elections  last year !

Nepal: A young Dalit woman has been subjected to Manusmriti style, public assault and humiliation in Belbari Morang, east Nepal. This is totally unacceptable.

We now expect some enlightening thoughts from  the former prime minister Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai on Facebook wall again what he thinks about the Belbari Morang incident  ?  We have liked Dr. Bhattarai's page from today.  And now onwards we can read as soon as he makes a post whatever !

Thank you  all and have a nice day !
